A new build given the weight and warmth of something much older — antique materials, considered imperfections, and rooms that reward slow living.
New construction rarely feels lived-in. Our challenge was to give this house a sense of history it hadn't yet earned. We sourced reclaimed stone floors from a French farmhouse, had plaster walls hand-applied with a traditional technique, and chose furniture that told its own story. The result is a home that feels like it has been in the family for generations.
